How to Mold & Use

1. Prepare
   hot water at 176-185°F, fully submerge the mouth guard for 10-15 seconds
   (no more than 20s)

2. Take
   the soft guard out gently with clean wooden spoon or chopsticks

3. Place
   it on clean paper and cool for 3-5 seconds

4. Fit
   the guard onto your upper teeth, close your mouth and press your tongue
   against the inner side for around 10 seconds for shaping

5. Take
   it out and cool fully, the custom molding process is completed

6. Trim
   the edge with scissors if the size does not fit perfectly

7. Clean
   the mouth guard after each use, store it inside the matched protective box

Notes

1. This
   product is only for external oral comfort use, not a medical device for
   treatment

2. Do not
   soak the guard in boiling water over 185°F to avoid permanent deformation

3. People
   with oral wounds, gum inflammation, dental implants and pregnant users
   should consult a dentist before use
