SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days for most orders from the date your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 are subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations — 27 countries in total. You can see whether we ship to your country using the region/currency selector at checkout. Delivery times for international orders may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing but generally fall within the same 7–10 business day estimate.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high demand, weather, customs, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to notify you of any significant delay affecting your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us at info@petalandstone.shop within 14 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
