About Petal & Stone General Gift Shop

Remember the general store at the heart of a small town? One shop where you could pick up a birthday gift, a replacement phone charger, a bag of dog treats and a string of Christmas lights in a single trip, from people who knew you by name. Petal & Stone General Gift Shop is our online version of that store.

Who we are

Petal & Stone General Gift Shop LLC is a small, independently owned business based in Washington State. We are not a marketplace and we are not a big-box retailer. We are a small team that chooses every product in the shop ourselves, answers our own emails and takes it personally when an order is not right.

Why a "general" gift shop

Most online stores specialize. We chose not to, on purpose. Our customers are the people who do the gift-buying for a whole household: the stocking stuffers, the teacher gifts, the "I need a warm hat for Grandpa" and the "the kids' bathroom needs a new mat" all at once. So the shop is organized the way a busy household thinks:

  • Gifts for people – toys, jewelry, beauty and self-care, clothing for women, men, kids and babies, stickers, journals, keychains and bags
  • Gifts for the home – holiday décor, kitchen and garden finds, lighting, furniture and home-improvement helpers
  • Gifts for pets and hobbies – pet supplies, arts and crafts, fitness gear, camping and outdoor equipment, car and motorcycle accessories

Every item earns its place the same way: it has to be something we would be happy to give or receive, at a price that leaves room for the wrapping paper.

How we work

  • One flat shipping rate. Every US order ships for $5.99, and orders of $150 or more ship free.
  • Clear delivery times. Most items ship from US warehouses and arrive in 2–7 business days; items from our partner warehouses take 7–15 business days, and the estimate is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
  • Straightforward returns. If anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you get a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return. See our Return & Refund Policy.
  • A real person answers. Email info@petalandstone.shop with any question, before or after you order.

Our name

Petal and stone are the two things every good gift has: a little softness and a little substance. It is a reminder to us that a gift should feel thoughtful and also last.
