1.Connect the pads of the wire by snapping them on, then remove the
protective film.
2.Put the pads on the place where you need to massage, then plugit into one of the ports of the device.tease make sure that your skin is ree trom burns or injury when using it,and keep the skin clean and free of oil or other lotions.and kethe device on by sliding the on/Of switch on the top of the device,then the unit will be activated.the uss the "M" button to select diferent modes, then press the Center button
