Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Jewelry must show no signs of wear and must not be cleaned or altered.

• Final sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized items
• Items not in original condition or missing packaging

How to start a return

1. Contact us at info@petalandstone.shop with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2. We’ll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or similar item, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery; items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund (including return shipping in some cases).

Gift returns

Gifts returned within policy will be refunded as store credit or to the original payment method, at our discretion.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in the original currency where applicable; duties and taxes are non-refundable.
